| Quote: christopher "As far as I know, Peacock has never at the end of a game thrown his toys out of the pram and tried to get his teammates not to shake hands with the opposing team because they've been a little bit rough with them.'"
That was one incident, but is that a weakness to James Graham's game? Does not shaking somebody's hand making him a poorer player?
I think we've all seen Jamie Peacock get fired up in games, we've seen him throw fists and we've seen him grip players, did he do this humorously or was he wound up?
I just think it's bollox that people think getting wound up by a chicken wing tackle means it's a weakness to his game.

Correct.
James Lowes was the same. A petulanbt, gobby player who relied on these characteristics to give his the game the edge.
I seem to recall Gary Mercer trying to wind him up by feigning a zip across his mouth in a Challenge Cup semi final which backfired spectacularly.

Bet you wouldnt be sayin this if he was a Leeds player.'"
I have seen the stats and they’re impressive I agree. But he’s punching way above his weight and is carrying the saints pack this season. Because of this he’s seen as someone whose he’s not - the best prop forward in super league by a country mile when in fact it’s a no brainer between Peacock and Morley. Graham IMO needs to be put with a good pack in order to see how great he is.
Now to say that I’ve got Leeds blinkers on is absolutely wrong. I wouldn’t mind seeing Graham in a Leeds shirt because he’ll be good enough for us as are a number of players good enough for us like Kirke, Worrall, Watkins, JJB and a few others. After all a world class team isn’t made of superstars. Its made of the likes I’ve just mentioned and for me that’s fine.
But in the Leeds team we have world class players like Burrow, McGuire, Senior, Sinfield, Peacock, Hall and Webb to name a few. I’m just afraid Graham doesn’t fit in the glatico of these players and is a very average player punching above his weight.

| Damo Leeds - are you the most over-rated rlfans poster ever? Because you know diddly-squat about rugby league...among everything else in life.
Peacock, okay, he's fantastic.
But it goes Graham > the rest of the Leeds thugs.

Yes, far too much work on his shoulders.
Which is why we need another good prop.
Wouldnt be suprised if he did have a bust up with Potter, as i would be p*ssed off doing the work of 3/4 other props.

| Graham is easily superleagues best prop.
I'm not sure his game will ever quite carry over to the international scene in the same way because even though that unbelievable effort is always there he looks physically smaller then some of the Aussie/Kiwi props.
He's a good player at that level but won't dominate like he does in superleague(where he pi*ses over pretty much everyone).

Says what our back to back Grand Final winning Performances?
Says what our win over them on the 4th September?
Lets be honest the only reason why Saints are rated is because of they consistency in the super league and an obsession of taking Wigan over in a cup competition that was clearly dieing until a much needed revival this year. Saints only won the challenge cup when pretty much no one cared.

He's isn't. Its very debatable. He's in the top 3 of Himself, Peaock, and Morley who pi55 all over everyone else, but he certainly doesn't pi55 over either of those too. In fact if came down to a bit of fisticuffs I think either of them would wipe the floor with Ginger Spice. Now, I know being able to throw punches doesn't make you a good prop, but if the opposition think they can get away with taking liberties. They will, just ask Fielden.
Ginger Spice had a similar outburst eirlier in the season against Leeds and I think similar situations have occured a few times involving him.

| What does Morley do that makes him better than Graham exactly? Graham made 5,000 metres or thereabouts in the regular season and Morley 3,500. That is the key stat for prop forwards, they exist to drag your sorry team down the park. You will say it's because Morley's pack is better and stronger so he doesn't need to do as much work. Yet Morley's 'better' pack is 10th in Super League. They have been utter dog dirt all season. Forget the Challenge Cup it's not relevant in the dream team discussion at all. Morley in Super League was very quiet a lot of the time and has failed to lay the platform the likes of King, Monaghan and Briers needed. Graham is an overworked one man pack and people say that is the only reason for his stats, yet Saints are second in the table and have terrible backs. You contradict yourselves so much.
Graham has been incredible this season.

| Quote: Damo-Leeds "Sinfield is a fantastic captain for the Leeds Rhinos and will put his best effort in week in, week out. When Sinfield is playing at his best he’s the best in the world at what he does. Doesn’t stand out too much but he doesn’t get creamed over by the media either.
Wellens has had a bad couple of seasons for my liking but he was at one point one of the best fullbacks in the country despite lacking pace. The sky sports team like with the rest of the saints team did cream over him a bit. He is one of the better saints players though on his day..
Burrows form in 2007 makes your statement look really silly. Man of the match performance in the grand final along with a man of the series performance against the Kiwis. He’s has injuries since then especially this year but by the sound of things Burrow could be up for with England beating the Aussies a number of times in the quad nations.
I’d have to agree with Roby after he undeservingly got the man of steel away ahead of Trent Barrett in 2007 was it? Roby seems to be getting quieter every time against Leeds and I just hope Smith chooses Diskin ahead of him in the quad nations. But I highly doubt he will.
McGuire IMO is the best stand off in the world. A once in a lifetime player that will be impossible to replace when he goes.'"
WHat kicking goals.

How anybody can disagree with that is absolutely beyond me.
