Freaky I think it's because deep down everyone knows Australia is the greatest country in the world.

Most people who post on here have probably never been to Australia.

A lot of the people that post on here have probably never been further than Widnes.

A lot of the people on here know nothing about Australia and would probably struggle to name any other cities than Sydney.

The closest most of them have come to the land of plenty is buying an NRL jumper off ebay before pretending to have bought it 'downunder' whilst holidaying in the suburbs of 'Gold Coast' 'Rabbitohs' Parramatta' or 'Roosters' or watching a bit of NRL on Setanta

But thats ok.

A legend from the Sutherland shire like myself would never be seen in either Toongabbie or Burwood.

Suburbs like that are beneath me

If I want to see poor people I would just pop round the bay a bit to Rockdale


Toongabbie is a bit too close to Blacktown and Mt Druitt for my liking




Anyway if I lived in Toongabbie I probably wouldnt have a car, those povs from Blacktown would have knocked it off

The only time i would ever need to go through Burwood would be on the way to the city and why the hell would i take my car??? It may be as slow as the average Aussie but Cityrail eventually manages to get you there



Oh i take the station road, abbott road and then M2, through the Lane cove tunnel to get to St Leonards. Anything else you want to know???

I couldnt give a crap whether Western Suburbs is beneath you, ive lived in Bondi Junction and near central in the city, and i much prefer how much i pay here for what i get.... i am moving soon to Rhodes and thats as close to the city as i ever want to get.
