You might be on the A380 then... the big double decker one...you will love it! Heaps better than the 747's. There is a 'self service' drinks and snacks fridge on Qantas.. maybe Emirates will have the same on their A380.

Most of these airlines are pretty similar these days. Its just which gives you the best connection.

Thats all well and good but having to listen to aussies for 24 hours sat in a chair?? I can barely sit down for ten minutes as it is. Ill walk off that plane sounding like Winston from Parkway Drive and no smokes for 24 hours!!???????? jeesus.

It is double decker I believe, just hope they have some decent films and none of that High School Musical garbage.

Top tip ... join Emirates frequent flyer programme. It's called 'Skywards' Doesnt cost anything... you will accrue points and when you get home you should have enough for a free european flight with one of their partner airlines.. you will just have to pay the taxes.. might prove handy

Emirates is best airline and Dubai airport is pretty good for duty free stuff, cameras are pretty good price. Don't worry about films, they have movies on demand and a massive catalogue to choose from. My tips, buy some BOSE noise cancelling headphones (over the ear type) not cheap but worth every cent, especially if you get sat near kids or a snorer! 5 vodka and cokes in first hour then headphones on, eye mask on, blanket over head and sleep until you land in Dubai 10 hours later. Coffee and egg sarnie at the coffee bean in airport (ok to use credit card to save getting Emirates money), on to next leg, couple of beers, settle in for a movie marathon and time for at least 3 films!

Singapore Airlines is better and I have a relative who works first class on Emirates.

I have no doubt that PNG will target England as their possible game to win...

However with the changes in the coaching ranks, a couple of notable abstentees and england having a game under their belt down that side of the world I can't see PNG pulling off the win.
