"With that in mind, the board decided that there was nothing to be gained from keeping a player like Willie Mason sat on the sidelines, simply because of bureaucracy."
Hand on heart could anyone claim it would have been good for the game for the RFL not to take that view?

At any cost? The only 'cost' here will be on Rovers if Mason's passport doesn't come through by the time Dobson's fit. I would have thought you'd be delighted with that possibility. |
