Some of these Corbynistas on here probably did their maths at the same school as Dianne Abbot spouting the same old boring clap trap. Put your masks on. Wakey and Cas actually own their grounds. They may not be up to much but who misses the Boulevard, Wilderspool, Central Park, Willows etc and would have preferred a 5 million uplift rather than a soulless arena with crap access and egress.

I called an estate agent on the way back to the car to enquire as to the asking price of a nearby terraced house and learned that if I'd sold my 2 bed flat in brentford I could have bought the street........joking aside, it's what I used to love about RL......it was a people's game....a locals game. Now, we've tried to follow football down the rabbit hole..,and we've discovered were not as big or important as we thought.

I certainly miss most of the old grounds and the idea of "uplifts" sounds pretty good. Seems to be what Wakefield are doing........

However the old Hull stadiums were an old athletics track, and both were dog racing tracks, awful stadiums....
