Back to back challenge cup winner. Now if you win it once, it can be seen as a fluke, but when you back it up the next year and win again, that's greatness.
Now, tell me more about Ward?'"
Unless there's somebody available what's perceived as better than what you already have, there's no point changing for the sake of change, not until the end of the season anyway.

Ward made a weak London side competitive for a full season which is no mean feat.
What we don't know is whether he's capable of getting the most from his key players as he didn't really have any stand outs around which to develop his team further.
Any top coach needs to be able to do that. Jury's out on whether Ward could, I guess another question is: can Radford?

So combined it is 20 wins from 40, so a 50% win rate. Pretty poor isn't it given the make up of our squad the last couple of years?

We only just replaced Watts, with Satae at the very end of the last season, we pulled Ellis out of retirement, he'll be better this year, for getting a pre season under his belt. Did Sika Manu and Minichello stay a season too long? Was Jake Connor in a bad patch of form? We brought in Savelio, but he spent the season on the sidelines. And Bowden was nowhere near, after returning from a long lay off with a bad injury.
We still were only 80 minutes from another Wembley final, beaten by the eventual winners. And we missed out on the top 5 on points difference.
And this season hasn't started well on the injury front so far. Only 6 players have been ever present so far in the first five games, and one is Jordan Lane, who probably wouldn't make our first 17. Our new second row of Ma'u and Jones have played once together so far, that was against Leeds away, which we won well.

Who, as coach for the last seven years, was responsible for the make up of our squad over the last two years?
We only just replaced Watts, with Satae at the very end of the last season,
Who, was responsible for allowing Watts to leave? Who was responsible for taking so long to recruit a replacement?
we pulled Ellis out of retirement, he'll be better this year, for getting a pre season under his belt.
Who is responsible for the continued reliance on a 39 year old?
Did Sika Manu and Minichello stay a season too long?
Who is responsible for re-signing these ageing players for last season?
We brought in Savelio, but he spent the season on the sidelines.
Who is responsible for signing a player with his injury record?
And Bowden was nowhere near, after returning from a long lay off with a bad injury.
Who is responsible for re-signing a player with his injury record?

| Reading people defend Radford reminds me of Wigan fans that defended Brian Noble.
A bag full of excuses and bad luck and people satisfied with nearly winning something.
Then Madge made Wigan champions with virtually the same squad of players (with the inclusion of Paul Deacon).
If Hull are happy to nearly win something they should stick with Radford.

Sayin "sack the coach" is just to easy to say, it's like "Orange man bad" it's a cop out.

Just because it’s easy to say doesn’t mean it’s not the right thing to do.
There were plenty of reasoned arguments to keep Brian Noble at Wigan but ultimately it’s about winning and with the squads that Radford has had his teams should be doing much better.

It's not that easy to win silverware every year, especially when there's other teams in the league with the same ambitions, and trying just as hard to succeed.
There's only 2 major trophies available to win each year, and there's a good few teams who are capable of winning them. If you think Radford should be doing better, then you must think he's had one of the best two squads of players in the competition for his entire time at Hull?
It doesn't make him a bad coach, just as it doesn't make Wayne Bennett or Trent Robinson bad coaches when they don't have successful seasons.
He's a proven winner. And he's capable of bringing silverware to Hull this season, because he's got previous.
