| I've not seen it as I was at Headingley, but I'm gutted London went down. My favourite away this season by far that was. They added to Super League big time this year so all credit to them.

| Wakefield showed their strength in getting out to that lead. London are a difficult team to ever properly put away so Wakefield did well to get out to a decent lead. I think Wakefield are better than their final position.
Bit amateurish to see the fans on the pitch at the end though. Thought we’d got rid of that kind of thing in the 80’s.

In seasons past, the stewards have usually lined up around the inside of the perimeter with 5 minutes to go of the last game of the season. The stewards tonight just seemed content with watching people run onto the pitch from the terraces.

| Yes we’ve idiot fans like all teams...one setting a flare off too...just morons.
Glad it’s all over...feel for London as they’ve done so well but thought we were worthy winners tonight and very comfortable throughout after an aggressive start defensively which kind of said to London...don’t think you’re coming here and taking our place!
Thought the telling picture for Wakey was the players stood on the terracing...boy have we missed that quality...3 members of last seasons dream team...Fifita our biggest star and Arona, such an underrated player and the glue that holds the pack together...young rising star James Batchelor too...take that quality out of most sides and it’s a struggle...
Is now the time to be sensible and go 14 teams though? Feel London will be a real loss...

Especially if they're going to be replaced by Toronto, who must be the most risky of answers to the expansion question.
Fans seemed to have really embraced London this year, certainly more than seasons past. It's a shame they won't get to build on this season's hard work.

The flare was moronic but the fans on the pitch, is that really so bad. They were good natured just enjoying themselves, we get too hung up about these things. We have more knobbers in the game than we used to but we are still RL fans not football hooligans. I thought it added to the occasion.

The moron comment was aimed mainly at the flare chucking idiot...
I found it disappointing though...I thought it would have been a nice moment for the players to come down together and take the applause...it was announced about ten times for fans not to go on the pitch but once a few go it’s then a free for all...
So for me...it didn’t add to the occasion, it took something away...

Fully agree. Have never been convinced by P/R, and this season makes a terrific case against it. London have won the admiration of RL fans in a season where many predicted they wouldn't win a game. To have them benefit as Catalans did surely seems a better move for the sport. Never happen, of course, obviously.

| I think it's like, y'know, we laughed at England RU when they thought they could buy Sam Burgess as a quick fix to winning the RUWC instead of just putting in the spade-work to make it happen, and for once we were the right side of the laugh there, and I kinda think pinning your hopes on millionaires in Toronto is much the same.

| That's three occasions were we've been involved in a relegation shoot out and it still hasn't got any better feeling the next data day, of all the seasons to have clubs suitable to retain a place and grow the league again and it's dismissed, only shows there's still not the finances there to support it.

| The RFL have finally got a competition where all its teams in Super League were competitive.
So bite the bullet and expand the league to 13 next year and 14 eventually.
London have added so much to the game this year and have become many people's 2nd team.
Relegation will undo so much work.
Come on RFL......wake up.

I tend to agree with you mate.
"We" should have gone to 14 clubs at the last shake up and done away with the "loop" fixtures.
We keep hearing how its so important to have London in the comp and they have been very good value for their place this season and Toronto, much as I still dont believe they should be in "our" comp, have to be in the top flight, if only to actually prove that there is any sense in having a pan-Atlantic comp and if The RFL cant sell this to Sky, it's time that someone else took the reigns
Having said that, while ever there is relegation (and promotion) there will always be winners and losers.
In may respects it would have been better if London (or someone else) had been tailed off last, rather than the dog fight that we have all witnessed but, relegation hurts and can often really damage the club that goes down.
London have gained the utmost respect for their efforts this season and nobody wanted them to drop but, in the words of Esther Rantzen, "That's Life".

| Gutted for London. Best promoted side and best side relegated since the beginning of SL. Hope they get back in the top flight for 2021.
