| That works out lovely for Leeds then. Didn't it get changed from derbies because it was deemed unfair that we got Widnes when they first got back into SL and hammered them? I know Leeds have got that game by virtue of being rubbish this year, but we finished where Leeds did in 2017 and still had to play Wigan at Magic 2018.

Does work out nicely for us yes but then again if we faced Salford this year and Catalans faced Castleford instead we possibly could’ve gone into the final week of the regular season still able to make the top 8. Doubt anybody thought that was unfair. I think it’s been Cas the last 2 years and Wigan 4 years on the trot before that so we’ve had our fair share of tough fixtures all because we’re the big city team with the biggest fan base.

6 v 8 - Huddersfield v Hull FC
9 v 11 - Salford v Hull KR
10 v 12 - Leeds v London.'"
Leeds, Hull kr and Catalan should win comfortably, the other fixtures could go either way.

3076_1671446335.jpg SAINTS THE ORIGINAL AND PERENNIAL CHEATS
For sale full Saints kit (circa 1989). Shirts in pristine condition, but shorts badly soiled.
For 27 - 0 you get a trophy
For 75 - 0 you get sod all.
Wigan had eight in a row
Saints have five in a row:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_3076.jpg |

The final placings maybe decided on the positions after the Grand Final
i.e
#1 Wigan,
#2 Warrington
#3 Saints
#4 Castleford
Maybe that's where the rumour of Wigan v Saints has come from?

A few journos have said it’s after 30 games rather than after grand final.

Hope you're right, we seem to get done by Cas every time we play them these days

We get steam rolled by saints most times we play them. Infact I'd love to know Saints v Cas head to head throughout SL, I bet it's up there with the most 1 sided fixture in the comp history. We haven't beaten them at their place in Super league.

Catalan to beat Wakefield eh ?
Is that based on form or your love of "expansion" clubs ?

HKR v Hull FC
St Helens v Wigan
Got to be looking at 40,000......
Day 2.
Salford v Huddersfield
Wakefield v Castleford
Warrington v Leeds
30,000....maybe 35,000......
Not sure about giving Toronto another "home" game where they don't have to fly teams over...they had their free pass last year and messed it up. They should be playing Home and Away alternate weeks.'"
If they were the fixtures why not sandwich the "less glamourous" game on each day between the other 2? Would mean a much bigger crowd for Catalans & Salford games and likely to mean fans turning up earlier rather than mid -afternoon if you're there fto support a team in one of the later games?

| More fixture news, the 2019 Magic Weekend won’t be confirmed tomorrow, we expect this will happen next week – however all other games will be including SKY selections right up until late in the season. So plenty of time for fans to plan ahead in 2019!

| Not sure if it's already been mentioned but the Liverpool Marathon is scheduled for that weekend and the route goes right outside Anfield so surely it won't be at Liverpool.

Never picked up on that . And with Newcastle hosting Rugby Union on that weekend maybe this is why there is a delay in announcing the venue .

Oh dear.....Union is on the 10th/11th but let's get a conspiracy going anyway.
Liverpool will be an awkward choice, Newcastle is the logical one
