This is incorrect. The posters at whom the fingers are most pointed are posting from totally different IPs and providers.

If you would please PM me the name of the Wigan moderator then I would like to understand where they are getting their information from.

I think it’s pretty obvious the ‘posters’ are one and the same.
It’s easy to use different proxies.
It’s no so easy for supposedly different people to write so similarly. Same sentence construction. Same vocabulary. Same grammatical patterns. Same repeated errors in punctuation.
Not to mention the frequency of consecutive posts, in short time-scales, that these posters make.
