Another view is that by keeping it tight and sticking to their plan, Warrington avoided giving Wigan even a sniff of a try. A very measured and controlled performance for me. I don't think Williams has the character/temperament to be a senior half. He certainly has ability and I've seen him play exceptionally well at times but I'm convinced he needs a foil to run the game for him and allow him to be a ball running stand off.

Dear dear, can't give Wire 1% credit for that performance. Funny how Jamie Peacock, Brian Noble and Lee Radford, who know a bit about rugby, seemed to think that Warrington were pretty good.
