To those questioning the treatment of the ref - and laughably calling it disgraceful like it doesn't happen at every ground almost every week...

We have had James Child in back to back home games, and in both of those games he has had a tendency to favour the away team as far as knock-ons/ball steals are concerned (to the extent of simply making them up some times) and has been very generous with the amount of time they're allowed to clear the ruck. He also appears to be inclined to send Leeds tries up as No Try and our opponents up as Try (see Moon's last night). I wonder why the South Stand might have an issue with him.

By the way, I'm not suggesting he's a cheat, but I do think he's guilty of uneven and inconsistent refereeing that, in my humble opinion, consistently puts Leeds at a disadvantage.

Which you would call what? Personally, I would call it paranoia.

You might be right but Leeds have lost 4 games at home this season...

April 23: Leeds 10 Warrington 29
June 11: Leeds 24 Castleford 31
Sept 4: Leeds 18 Saints 32
Sept 17: Leeds 22 Castleford 29

Guess what they all have in common?

That's right.

Maybe, maybe not. The standard of refereeing was certainly a talking point in 3 of those games though.

Reality check.

If a team scores more points than the opposition they win, no matter what, if they don't they lose. Now here is something to blow your mind, if both teams score the same number of points it is then a draw. Work with it, and perhaps the scenario's may be understood.

As an aid to help comprehension of the above, and because I like to help, match officials, fans, coaches, commentators etc., do not score points at matches, only players.

You are welcome to forward this inciteful information to anyone who struggles with the concept , particularly the South Stand at Headingley, or any other club.

You talk like you know me, when you clearly don't.

You should stop trying to score internet points for a few minutes and look at what's in front of you. Maybe it's just a coincidence that Leeds have lost every game James Child has been in charge of, you'd hope it is but just maybe it's not and he's either deliberately favouring our opponents or he's just the biggest waste of space ever to put on a ref's shirt.
