Personally I think the OP is fishing.
Given that the Broncos have never finished last and have not gone out of business I fail to see any validity in the calls to chuck them out.
That aside, if Broncos could spend £2m a year, would the backers be able to stump up the cash????
It's one thing to suggest a club be given a higher cap, but they still have to find the cash to pay it!
Personally a 10% weighting for London does not seem to out of line. What's the % London weighting in private industry? How much more to you get as a lawyer, accountant in London, compared to us Northerners?

So no ground then which is an argument thrown at London. Anyone can rent a ground. London could probably use Wembley as there home ground if they were willing to pay for it. |

That's actually not many houses away from where I was born(though was only there 9 months) , as for the comments that an extra 10% on the cap is suffice for london to be on level pegging, it doesn't even touch the sides.
