| I think the best way of doing it is probably to wipe all of their results except the Magic Weekend one, so every team has played 25 games on the table at the end of the season, instead of Leeds having 24.

Probably better to give everyone 2 points for each of the Bulls fixtures with a win by 10 points. What would have happened if the Bulls had won at Manchester? I think Leeds would be calling it unfair.

| I hate to say this, because I want Bradford in SL, but at this stage I think they (sadly) need to face the consequences, even if that means they disappear. I hope that the city of Bradford sees SL rugby again, sooner rather than later, but some form of bail-out sends the wrong message. Its definitely not Bradford's fault alone, and the whole of SL suffers (though not as much as Bradford obviously) from their going under...but the game needs a massive kick up the - in Nigel Wood's case a kick big enough to knock him somewhere over the other side of North Sea - and maybe this is it. Its kind of like Greece and the Euro, we're heading for a meltdown - if you can't see it, sorry you're blind. You can pluck figures out about increasing attendances, etc. and in that lies hope .... but the fact that nobody outside the local chippy wants to sponsor the game tells you what you really need to know about the path we're on. We need to wake up, take some pain if needed, but get some decent leadership with vision, plus vitally the ability to communicate, and put the game on the path to growth.

They would typically just wipe out all Bradford's fixtures, as if they never existed.
The problem with Leeds' extra fixture is an interesting one. The ONLY fair way to do it would be to remove all the Magic Weekend results. Having an unbalanced fixture list is another stupid idea by the RFL.

| Do people get a refund on season tickets for a game that they would no longer see? What happens about the lost revenue from away fans, people who buy game by game tickets who wont have a game to go to and also food and drinks sales losses?

Join the list of unsecured creditors.

| Further ramifications of this, could teams fall foul of the salary cap as this budgeted income is no longer there? Also other teams who are more needy of money, could they fall foul of cash flow problems themselves as a result of missing a home game? Do teams fly so close to the wind for them to be affected by this?

Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with imaginings.

| The last time a club disapeared half way through a season was 1963 and it was Bradford Northern. The records for that season where "expunged" which means you just take out all the Bradford figures from the league table.
It would look like they where never in this year and I think if the worse comes to the worse that will be the way it will go. Season ticket holders will just be another creditor of the club and will not get anything back IF the club goes under.
The main thing we should all concentrate on is saving the Bradford club, that is the most important thing we can do. True many clubs are circling to get players and I am affraid that is all part of the process if it saves the club then it has to be done. They may have to go into the championship for a while, so be it the important thing is they survive to fight another day.

| The Bulls are so unimportant the Broncos took them to Orient for a knock around.

| All current season ticket holders would probably become unsecured creditors. If a Bradford NewCo was accepted into the League to finish the Bulls fixtures new tickets would have to be purchased for the remaining home games.
But would the RFL regulations allow a NewCo to step into the shoes of the old mid-season?

Mummy duck is now thoroughly depressed. SHE was the one that was famous for losing five in a row........until the 2011 GF!!!!!: |
|
| Firstly administration is an attempt to find a way for the club to continue. IF IF IF this fails New Co set-up. New Co acquires the assets of old co (after the big boys have had their "meal"icon_wink.gif. New Co end up with some players it owns, some players on loan to the end of the season and the name but most importantly none of the debts. New Co then agrees with the RFL (with the support of SKY ......oh and Im sure they will ask the other teams as well) to step into the void to fulfil a temporary vacancy within the superleague structure and fulfil the remaining fixtures of old co.
End of season applications made by all relevant parties to fulfill the vacancy based on normal SL application criteria......Prediction Halifax promoted in place of "Bradford 2012".
As for the rules allowing it, dont know the specific regulations but in previous season it has been stated that "provisions are available should a team find it impossible to fulfil its fixtures"

| Even though Bradford fans refuse to admit it, there are many similarities with regards to Wakefields demise last year. However, when Andrew Glover bought the club the season tickets were honoured, probably because there were so few!
The challenge for a new administration will be to get some cash through the turnsyles for the rest of the season. If I was to own the club, I would make all season tickets null & void, and make people pay £20 at the gate, surely the fans would still come, what alternative have they got?

I wouldn't complain if I had a team to watch.
