Not many people will be interested in what the crowd looks like at Widnes. It will be a close game and our first game back to SL in over 6 years so i think we'll put up a solid performance. The crowd will be around 6,000-7,000 at best but as long as im there and its a good game i couldnt care less. None of the games are really set up for a thriller imo and i'd rather them put us on against a team like Wakey were it will probably be a close game than Warrington or Wigan later on in the year where sky viewers see them put 60 past us.

| Wakefield shouldn't be on telly full stop next season when they are at home, worst advert for the game ever that place. Imagine watching your first ever RL game, flicking on sky and Belle Vue is on, empty, as usual. Gotta love the franchise system.

| Whining moaning babies, grow up! There are more than 6 clubs in the league, Widnes deserve to be on SKY after getting a franchise, as do Salford for their new stadium. It beats watching the same teams week in week out. Seriously put your toys back in the pram.

Yep disgusting, how dare Sky showcase Salford in their new ground and Widnes in their first game back for six years.
What a joke when, the majority of Sky subscribers are obviously Wigan fans.

No, the majority of Sky subscribers want to watch the best games, Salford and Widnes will not feature in these.

| At the end of the day all the "Glamour" clubs will be on at the end of the season in the playoffs anyway and on telly competing for the challenge cup etc.
Just let us have a bit of limelight at the start of the season and you can all go back to your mutual, sugar daddy financed backslapping club as the season wears on.

| for the opening games it was always going to be Widnes as they're the new boys. Then probably Salford or Saints to showecase their new stadium. Maybe the RFL could have hand selected the first round games to start with a bang. Saints at home to new boys Widness would have been a good fixture.

How prey tell do you quantify the best games?
Are you talking technically, with ‘quality’ teams on show, or, an entertaining game, with the result in doubt right to the death?
Perhaps you already know the outcome of the opening games and the two televised games are both walkovers, whereas the Hull v Warrington match will go down to the wire.
I suggest, if you want to watch the ‘best’ games, subscribe to Premier Sports.

given you're only in the competition because of Crusaders withdrawal I suggest you keep your trap shut.
