No it isnt. It clearly does touch his head im not sure why you feel the need to make things up.
There was no need to do it, the game as a spectacle loses nothing from getting rid of it.
He was never going to be punished for it, if he was he would rightly feel unfortunate to be, most fullbacks do it, it happens 3 times a game. It just shouldnt.
