That would be the obvious option wouldnt it. Though clearly it is beyond some people to see that.
Besides, im not sure it is that simple, if people are expected to commute from Leeds to Manchester to do those jobs, why arent they already doing them and commuting from Manchester to Leeds?

| I would sack all the ones at Red Hall, and start again at Media City and employ some proper marketing/media staff because nothing comes out of Red Hall to promote the game.

I agree.
By the way, totally off-topic, anyone off to Wembley for the 4 Nations for a tenner? Or anyone booked their Cup Final tickets yet? Any news on the latest tv deal?

Out of town old mansion vs inner city new development attracting big name companies.
I know which is gonna be a lot cheaper.

Why would you want the RFL to move to Manchester, a city where there is pretty much no RL whatsoever? If you want the HQ to move, surely you'd want them to move somewhere where the game is played, like Salford.

rlMedia City is in Salford Quays.rl Not that it's relevant, but it's all of 1 mile as the crow flies from The Willows.

So you're actually talking about the RFL moving to Salford then, not Manchester.

No, we're talking about the RFL (or at least the media dept) moving to Media City.
It doesn't matter in the slightest if the postal address is Salford or Manchester, or are you one of these ridiculous Salfordians who get all uppity about Salford being a "city" in it's own right?
The point being it would be a sensible and positive move to relocate to the heart of the media industry (which also happens to be very handy for the RL M62 corridor) while the opportunity exists. It's not about Salford vs Manchester ffs.
