I was kinda surprised when Bret Hodgson got it last season, but as has been said, its voted for in the last 3rd of the season anyway.

Someone has mentioned Kev Brown already, but he is the real playmaker in the Giants, Hodson just some some very, very special things from time to time.

Sean O'loughlin has been oustanding for us and is the backbone of our side. We wouldn't be the same team without him. In both attack and defence he has been outstanding, but he doesn't get the plaudits he deserves from our own fans at times never mind the press.

Amos Roberts has to be the other candidate for Wigan. He produced the finest individual performance from a Wigan fullback in years. He was outstanding. Scored three tries and setup three tries. The most dangerous player in Super League at the moment.
