He is making a point though - intimating that he does agree with expansion but only in a measured way. Thr RFL took a big risk with Celtic at the expense (at the time) of a ready made SL club. ScallyWags is merely saying that's not how it should be done. I've made my own feelings on this known in other threads - if we want expansion to work we've got to have patience and a lot of cash - something which nobody seems to have had with the Celtic saga.
