| I've watched the stream put on by PNG for the Aussie game and it is very poor coverage however at least you get to see the game.

| I want to watch the games but do I really risk waking up at 6am on a Saturday and put my faith in the OurLeague app working properly?

Taken from Rugbyleagueontv
It's Thursday. Still haven't seen any official confirmation that the Euro Championship Games will be streamed, likewise PNG v England Knights.
Not sure if BBC have dropped the plan to stream Ireland v Scotland (mention of it is no longer?) but France v Wales still shows at 5pm.

| Presumably it's dependent on a host broadcaster? Given that the RFL made professional athletes sit in economy class for 20+ hours on the flight to Oz, I can't imagine they'd have paid the excess baggage for some camera equipment as well.

| PNG has dreadful internet connections. Considering the balls up the RFL made over the game at Leigh it isn't going to happen. Best we can hope for is the local TV station records he game and it becomes available later.

| I thought RL was the national sport in PNG. Surely an international involving PNG would be on telly there in which case there will be a broadcast to piggy back off???

| All the England players play in Super League. They were evenly matched by PNG, the majority of who play in the Queensland Cup or PNG league. There are plenty of potential Super League players on show there our clubs should be looking to recruit.

I think playing in PNG has an effect if it was played over here it would have been a bigger score I think but it’s nice to see a bit of a resurgence in the PNG national team

Why are you totally obsessed with signing overseas players - have you not worked out yet that it’s British players we been to give a chance. Your attitude sums up all that’s wrong with British RL.
Also and I'll bite here, if you're seriously sugesting the Queensland Cup or the PNG league is close to SL standard then it's clear youre just trolling.
The PNG league doesn't even bare up to NL1, have you any idea what a small impoverished nation PNG actually is - get a grip.
The QC is lower end Championship. I know this because quite a few ex Wakefield Academy players play in it - these same players who couldn't get a game in SL. Jeez two years ago one of the teams had Sam Obst and Semi Tadulala in it - both were heading for forty and both had been let go by Wakefield and then Keighley Cougars yet these teams are equel to the Knights!
What gets PNG results is fervent home support, red hot temperatures and a core of NRL players.

Which is exactly what I was arguing on this thread.
