I actually think it was a knock on but I still think a try should have been given. I don't agree with the video ref being used for things that far back. I think the ref has already made his decision on that play whether it's right or wrong.

Shocking referring saints and particularly hohia were always laying on holding on in the tackle and where never penalises. The drop out that lead to the Manson try should have been a Leeds penalty as Roby made no attempt to be square at the tackle Hate bagging the rf but silver wood is possibly the worst referee of all time.

A fantastic game like that and people are calling it boring. Wow!

That Leaguefan has a penchant for replying to criticism of referees with telling people to become a ref.
If he hasn't played in SL and isn't going to in the future then his opinion on play is no more valid than everyone else's opinions on refs.

Well played Saints. Personally I think a draw would probably have been fair but Saints found a great play at the end.

Roby was square, it was makinson who wasn't. However makinson had no involvement in the play. There are plenty of incidents for both sides of ifs buts and maybes but it wasn't a deciding factor for the game.

For example, after watching it several times, I still don't know who was offside for the penalty to take it to 8-6. Or is this another week of my team lost to saints because of the ref?

Well it appeared that they are blessed at the moment, doesn't it. The sky team where ing for a saints win. It seems pre ordained that saints are to win super league this year or at least top the table.

Mate, it wasn't the ref that lost you that game. To go on about it takes away on what should of been a great spectacle.

Leeds never really had saints on the ropes. Leeds had nothing in attack apart from a few drop outs and saints dealt with it comfortably.
