It's an ergogenic, a stimulant and a bronchial dilator - it increases the metabolic rate helping to enhance the speed that muscle mass can be deposited and stimulates the release of adrenaline enabling the user to train harder and for longer.
If that's not performance enhancing I don't know what is.
You could argue the case on pseudoephedrine, but I'd say ephedrine itself is clearly performance enhancing. |

Muscle mass can be deposited, can you elaborate on this please in relation to protein synthesis in regards to the effect of ephedrine on that process. |

Ahh now i see, a supplement company trying to talk up Ephedrine in order to increase sales, makes sense.
They state that it can help to build muscle mass yet the reason people take it is in order to decrease adipose tissue. They also state that it will increase metabolic rate.
It is a themogenic, the higher the dose, then the more effective/dangerous it becomes.
If people were utilising Ephedrine in order to gain muscle (as the website hints at) then they need their heads looking at.
