Having a larger salary cap means they could sign manu to replace Hurrell and Haas to strengthen the front row and then yes, top 3

Yep. Agreed. I think we can all concur that we all associate the town of St Helens with untold prosperity.

They would get a share of the massive NRL TV Deal.
Also, St Helens have the richest backer in super league who is also willing to splash as much cash as is possible under the rules. BTW, its not McManus

Very interesting comment my Warrington obsessed friend. Do let us know his name and estimated wealth.

| I think the WCC being canned for a while is a blessing in disguise. I'd hate to see what this Penrith team would do to any SL team. Only one defeat (Go Parra!) all season in that league whilst having so many Origin players is frightening.

Did you watch origin 3? Penriths players were embarassing. That said, they would have still put 80+ on Leeds

| This game just showed the gap between St Helens and Wigan. St. Helens were missing 5 of their first choice 1-7 and the second best second rower in SL after Joe Batchelor and their best prop went off injured, and Wigan managed to just hold on for the win, despite help from the referee. I counted 3 late hits on the kicker that were worse than what St Helens have had sin bins for in the past. Plus countless head shots that went unpunished.
Saints fans don’t need to worry, it’s still going to be 4 in a row. If Hopoate, Percival and Makinson played, Wigan would be scoreless

Wigan were only missing their 2 starting centres, hooker & best young prop, with the best second rower in the league going off injured and a senior prop off covered in blood...

I not you haven’t had the courage to post on the Wigan forum. Obviously we can’t mention Wigan we’re missing their 2 starting centres, their scrum half (and captain), their hooker and a very good prop, also lost one of the best second row forwards in the country before the prop you mention went off.
I make that 5 + 1 players each so pretty even.except on the score line.

Best young prop lol. This is what people don’t get. St Helens are missing bona fide international standard players whilst Wigan are missing average players and trying to compare lol
