The Bulls drop down to the Championship [ not C1 ] remain at Odsal on a reduced rental agreement and end up winning next years NRC putting them in a position to re apply for SL in 2014 , when they are granted their new licence SLE sell to a new owner

Looks the RFL have persuaded SL chairmen to grant a stay of execution, thus avoiding the inevitable autopsy and all the embarassing truths it would reveal for several parties, themselves included.

The credibility of RL is at rock bottom - true story.

What a load of . It wouldn't be anywhere near as bad as he is making out. In fact the only thing that would cause any issues is what to do with the license the Bulls had.

Simple , you have an organisation full of essentially bancrupt businesses buying another bancrupt business , it has a kind of ' Nirvana ' about it

Can you really imagine them having the stomach to 'execute' you? Not a snowflake's. If a suitable buyer isn't found very quickly, Bradford will (I'm almost certain) go down to the Championship (though a 13 team SL will look a bit odd), but that isn't the same as being killed off. There will continue to be a Bradford club - and that is a good thing.

like someone said a few pages back.....if this is just a stop gap,to get the club out of administration,and give the RFL full control over who to sell the club onto without being rushed by a deadline....then im fine with it..


but theres absolutely NO WAY the RFL/SLE should own the club long term....it's not right..


and another thing........the next time a lower league club gets a winding up order for owing £20/40/80k,which seems to happen most years, the RFL better get it's wallet out

If we do go into the championship we'd still need to a backer. Would SLE fund a club in the championship? I can't see championship clubs wearing that.

I think you're right.
This arrangement can only be short term and will be burning a very large hole in RFL funds.
Will the volunteers at Bradford who have been working for nowt really want to continue, they already deserved a medal for their efforts but does this situation change anything.
