| Got to admit I was relieved when he stayed on the pitch. Been discussed at length but Silverwood was awful for both teams last night - bottled it time and again.

Actually he clocked 'em both. The front angle shows it best but he managed to clobber both men at the same time.
Horrible refereeing last night. Silverwood was terrible. Westwood should have got 10 minutes, Lauaki should have walked. Morley should have had 10 just to lessen his head count...Briers' offside, Hock's obstruction, Charnley's 'interference' at the jump(wtf!). I could go on but it's pointless.

Must admit, the Charnley incident was bemusing. If he was interfering, why did Silverwood not allow the advantage, rather than pull the Wire player back. I assumed at the time he was going to give offside against the Wire player. Refs in RL do not allow enough time for advantage to be played, they are too whistle happy.

Atkins was offside so he couldn't play the advantage and went back to the first offense by Charnley.

| Whatever the arguments about the incident, Westwood's peformance was phenominal;the man's a machine the best second rower in Super League.
If we get the new stadium in time he's the man to lead out his home town club at Newmarket.

He's not even the best second rower at Warrington (IMO).

That then goes back to the original issue of what exactly was the offence committed by Charnley? He was competing for the ball, the Wire player knocked it down to an offside team mate and the ref penalises the Wigan player.

| Thought Westwood had a tremendous game, he kept Warrington in the game in the first half and he was out on his feet at half time. As for his swinging arm, sorry but he should have knocked Lauaki out. Leading with the elbow used to be a straight red and as he quite rightly pointed out to Silverwood when they had their conversation Wigan players had been sticking their forearms and elbows in the tacklers face all night.
