Maybe you underestimate them in a one off game? We have seen championship clubs run SL clubs close or better them in the CC, maybe Toulouse can do the same? Would give the club and players a big stage to show themselves on and may motivate others to join them and make them stronger for eventual inclusion into SL.

the annual pre season friendly was an attractive fixture though even that was scrapped by the Catalans last season as they found playing SL opposition more beneficial - the outcome was always one-sided but popular with the TO13 fans with 3000 crowds turning out - it will be interesting to see if ex TO13 coach Robinson reinstates the fixture
players from all the LER clubs are always watched closely by the Catalan scouts and ex Toulouse players to be given the chance recently at Perpignan include Vincent Duport and Antoni Maria and latterly Kevin Larroyer who looks an excellent prospect in the second row |
