| lol at anyone talking about S15 crowds against NRL clubs
how dumb
S15 are state sides.
so you need to compare them with our states sides
ie Maroons - 52,500 sellout in hrs
Blues - Average 70,000
lol at the trolls
so to compare crowds :
NSW Blues 70,000 vs NSW Waratahs 22,000
Queensland Maroons - 52,000 vs Queensland Reds 18,000
or TV Ratings :
NSW Blues - 1.5 million in nsw vs NSW Waratahs - 80,000
Queensland Maroons - 1.1 million in qld vs Qld Reds - 50,000

| sorry for multiple posts guys but i forgot to add, indeed more people in queensland watch 1 game of origin than the entire Queensland Reds season
same for NSW too.
another way to compare is to take the aggregates :
ie Total Crowds for Pro RU in NSW - 22,000
Total for RL 200,000
Total crowds for Pro RU in queenlsand - 18,000
Total crowds for Pro RL in queensland - 80,000
cant be bothered doing TV ratings, but you guys get the idea

NRL expansion? Sometime soon, maybe......:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_9857.jpg |

| As much as I hate RU, to say S15 is any different to NRL in terms of "State" or club is a furphy. Are the Raiders a State side? What about the storm? How about the Warriors, only one club in the whole country, does that make them an International side?
Reality is S15 are club sides, just happens that there is only one club side in each state.
I look forward to Perth getting an NRL team and putting the WARU and Western Force well and truly in their place!

I have to sadly agree with you there.
Look on the bright side though at least all the nonsense is on one thread now.
Interesting to see who started it isn't it

I reckon you could be right. he might be one of the NZ union players who is not good enough to get in a decent union side in NZ so go's to Europe, where he could have got in a decent side, it wouldn't be hard. i went from being an average 2nd rower in Rugby League to a decent inside centre in union, when for reasons i won't discuss on here i couldn't play Rugby League.
i must admit that when i played union most of they players seemed decent people, but some of the club officials you meet i wouldn't give the time of day too.
