I'm amazed that anyone could actually believe that a "global" story about the disgrace of cheating is seen as a positive! Nice spin Dally.
If we were getting global news due to something actually good about the game I could understand your excitement.

look i know as an AFL fan all this publicity is making you jealous, bad luck
if the swans broke the salary cap nobody in sydney would care, let alone make it globally
its been funny seeing the AFL boss trying to get some media for his sport in the wake of this
gallop is the only boss who would have the guts to do this
any other sport wouldve tried to protect an expansion club
the nrl comes out quite well |

he couldve treated the storm easy as an expansion club

For the most part the punishment was swift and fair. His decision to not let them get under the cap this year and actually continue to play meaningful fixtures is a joke and I have yet to hear one "expert" agree it was a good decision.
