Explain why, what are you offended by, that I wish fort monies donated to be equally distributed to people suffering and not one person whom has already had vastly more support than thousands of others?

This is nothing to do with Rob Burrow, this is about the funds of the charity and how due to being high profile some individuals are treated differently, all I've said is that monies should always be distributed equitably in basis of need and that I disagree with benefit matches, where the monies often go directly to the player, because they have suffered. Why should one person receive mire support than others? I've not for a second suggested Rob Burrow has but this is the reality of what happens, I've said that ANY monies should always be distributed evenly, why is that so offensive?

You have no idea what RB has had in his career or through donations.
Donations to MND should be distributed as they see the need. Donations to Rob Burrow should go to Rob Burrow.

I always disliked the use of Sir Kev by the Leeds fans, yet now it's very apt.
My respect for him has gone through the roof, what a man!

I think that the key here is the immense good that; the game, Leeds Rhinos, Kevin Sinfield and Rob Burrow have done for the cause of MND. They have massively raised awareness, which is much more important that the sum of money Raised. All credit to everyone involved, it makes me proud of our great game.

It is, however, disappointing that someone uses these tremendous efforts and selflessness to try to promote a different agenda when, on this occasion, they may well have been better served to have kept their keyboard silent.

He clearly has had more support, I don't begrudge him that at all, I merely stated I hoped that the money being raised was being distributed equitably, those whom don't have a high profile, haven't had a career with well above average salary. Whilst that's not RB fault for earning more or being high profile, it does mean he is in a better position than most with MN, hence why I said I would want monies to be distributed on the basis of need. People here are deliberately turning something I said regards wanting people to have a fair shake regards getting help into an attack against RB, this could not be further from the truth.

I think it’s simply embarrassing that on a thread created to praise the fundraising done for a true fighter, people still try and make it all about them and start arguments. Grow up.
