I have to disagree here, Liverpool has two premiership football clubs and would be hard to compete for supporters, however Sheffield has one team near the bottom of the championship and another team in league one. Id hardly call them two huge football clubs, theres a gap in the market for a top flight sports team. |

If I remember correctly they hold the record for an attendance outside the top two tiers of football , it was close to the entire fan base of SL |

IT wont happen they didnt turn up for the cup tie this year when WIGAN was there and there is never going to be serious intrest there to make it work as there going need at least 8-10k fans to make a profit.

And you would know this how? Any proof to your claims? Do you stalk us? Dont see what this thread has to do with widnestillidie and I wasnt even aware there was a poster by the name of Sheffield for SL, I have no idea who this person is.

He seems a bit obsessive, doesnt he? Its quite amazing how he knows, just from the fact that we attended The Uni of Nottingham, where we are originally from/which teams we support etc. Mystic Meg eat your heart out. |
