Quote: El Chupacabra "Stop talking rubbish and read the Daily mail article and take your blinkers off. They HDM didn't imply anything, they simply stated the facts on the accounts that were published that Hull Kr had at the end of that accounting period net liabilities of £3.16m, £2.2m of which to be repaid with 12 months. Your chairman had said for last season the club had lost another £450,000. As for your possible defamation example regarding dobson, it simply proves you don't have a clue.'"

the article is a load of nonsense.

its written by someone with a basic knowledge of accounting and a little else

just because a debt is listed as a current liability doesnt mean the club really has to pay it back in a year

Quote: a.n Other "I agree, but haven't Wakefield done just as much? The hospitalty flats at the end of BV are new(ish). So Wakey have invested since they have been in SL.'"

the flats were built when 70s / 80s?

BV looks a dump on TV.

go back to the franchise bids. wakeys winning bid was on the promise of a new ground. clearly the RFL dont see any SL future for them in BV.

so disregard my opinions.

the RFL wont extend their license next time round with no new ground in sight,

failure to grow crowds and poor finances and stronger clubs waiting are relevant as well.

Quote: dally messenger "HKR - continual improvement in crowds, stadium etc

Wakey - 2 semi finals in 10 years and nothing else except empty promises. a fall in crowds last year despite making the semis.

looks like you were wrong when you said the only ground improvements were to one grandstand.

and HKR have the credibility when they make an artists impression of further ground improvements'"

other than the terracing extending what other improvemts have the done compared to Wakey? Don't include the pitch as an improvement to the ground, as a good playing surface should be a given now we are playing in the summer.

Quote: dally messenger "hey if you dont think craven park is good enough, they could always play at the KC, given its a community stadium

imagine what their crowds would be then.'"

They were given the option when the KC was being built, but declined, and to be honest the pitch at the KC couldn't cope with 3 teams using it.

for the whole credibility of the franchise system, the RFL has to show poorly performing SL clubs they will be relegated.

it also has to show clubs outside SL they can get in if they invest and grow.

as the weakest current SL club, wakey are clearly favs. for relegation

i doubt the RFL will kick out 2 SL clubs at once.

wakey getting kicked out will be a warning to cas as well that they need to deliver.

this could lead both clubs to look more closely at a ground share if neither can go it alone

it cas can do it on their own, and wakey cant deliver then cas become the dominant SL club and wakey are left out

another proposal is for wakey to go with Fev and invest the funds in the sale of BV in improving PO Road.

Fev, despite being a very small club, could trump both one day given all the land they own and proposals to fix up their ground

various stadiums in sydney have coped with 3 teams using it

hint : they wouldnt all be playing the same weekend

Hull KR should look at playing their bigger games at the KC anyway, especially the derby

So, you don't think the HDM paid the money so they could view the accounts that were filed with companies house, costs about £5 I think.

i thought they were built in the 70s but your comment they are new threw me.

if they were built in the 70s your comment about them being newish is really silly.

look i dont know everything about your game, but i do know a lot

Visit the Companies House website, pay your money and download the accounts for yourself.

As abbreviated accounts, they will not state to whom the money is owed. Hudgell wouldn't comment to HDM, so do you suggest they simply make up a list of creditors?

Quote: a.n Other "The Craven Park pitch was a disgrace before, Wakefields pitch is one of the best in the league - so they dont have to invest in that. So other than extending the main standing area - what other improvements have they done that Wakefield havent?'"

They have improved the pitch, a lot has been spent on the restaurant and bars in the RM stand, the bar under the East stand, there is a new shop on site and money has been spent on services (sewerage and electricity) in preparation for further developments. A lot of this as a visitiing supporter you would not see, and some of our Black and White friends, if they were taken on a guided tour, shown the invoices and had a presentation by the builders who did the work with before and after photo's, still wouldn't see.

There is clearly a massive difference between Craven Park 6/7 years ago and now, and I think it always shows up well on telly, it certainly does not present a poor image of the game.

Which ones would these be then?
