| I get that Donnyman,I was only pointing out that the stains have been telling everyone that they will win everything this year, but they have not.

| No one cares about the hub cap. It’s not a real trophy.
The treble is CC, grand final and WCC. Something St Helens have already managed

Yes, they do now. When saints won it 4 years on the trot the teams and fans called it the "mickey mouse trophy" and said it wasn't worth anything hence called the hub cap.
When other clubs like Warrington, Huddersfield, Castleford and Catalan won it then it became the best thing since sliced bread.

| LLS doesn't mean much Who gets remembered as champions. It should always be who finishes top at the end of the season and I think most fans recognise that.

People also need to recognise that if the format was first past the post for the title, we wouldn't have seen the likes of Huddersfield, Catalans etc finishing top. The likes of Bradford, Leeds, Wigan and Saints never panicked about league position, the focus was always about form and conditioning for the play offs.

It means a lot in the "Man of Steel" awards, I think nearly every time the LLS has been won in the last 5 years the coach of that club gets the "Coach of the Year Award", being coach to produce superleague champions doesn't seem to have much value these days.

From what I,ve read the Man of Steel awards last night were a load of rubbish, the production, not the winners. I didn't watch it, the programme itself has been on a downward spiral. Shows how much Sky value it.

I believe they had Carney doing the event from a room in his house, was that correct.

If we still had Coote i'd be betting on us getting the 4th title. Will miss him next year.
