Does this mean any game that is won where the game hasn't gone exactly to plan is a fluke? I think lining up for that scrum Lee Smith would of been planning to win it in the last minute

Leeds never planned that piece of play full stop. It came about from a missed tackle which luckily gave Leeds the win.

You’ll be surprised to know that I was in company of Lee Smith Thursday Night and he told me whilst having a pint in his hand that he plans to score a try in the last minute. Looked like he had it all worked out because he was demonstrating to me how he’d do it on the dance floor.

They wasn’t prepared to tackle him either. Everyone was wondering what the hell he was doing though when he dived on the floor. But me and my mates just piled on him like the Leeds players did in today’s game. Then we got up and celebrated like lads do.

So a player of his calibre missing a tackle in that situation is lucky for Leeds.

Maybe calling the try a complete fluke is over the top, but it was most certainly lucky and without that luck Leeds wouldn't be in the semi finals now.
