toulouse away could be tricky, shipping 24 points at home today could be costly if it comes down to points difference

Toulouse are a busted flush. They knew that London away was their "must win" game if they were to get 5th spot and they (by all accounts) didn't turn up. They have now to head to Toronto where if they lose they will now it is over for them, before hosting HKR and then travelling to the form side in the 8, Salford for the last game......I genuinely don't see them getting another point.
I think the top 5 will be as they are now with maybe Leeds and HKR switching......with London (6 points) at Toronto (icon_cool.gif for a place at the top table. You'd have to think that the MPG will ave a SL Ref, so London will stand every chance if that is the scenario....

i think you will be surprised how they play at home, may not get a result v toronto, but against SL opposition they will want to put on a good showing at home, dont rule them out just yet!

| Ref today wasn't bad, just very, very inexperienced. We also didn't bother playing for first 30 mins of 2nd half.
Justin Carney injury - we've had to play without him for 6 weeks anyway.
Quinlan Injury - really bad news.
Oh well, another ugly win, but a win nontheless.
Londo seem to have serverely dented Toulouse's hope and Toronto still not beaten an SL side. You might state they'll beat Widnes, but if everyone beats Widnes it doesn't really give them an advantage over the rest does it? Toronto Leeds is now massive.

Referee was weak imo everytime the east stand got on his back he'd give a penalty. With Toronto/Toulouse adding the travelling element it makes these qualifiers even harder to predict, rrtr

I see Leeds beating Salford and Halifax so by the time they meet Toronto, they will be safe. It will be a major surprise if the bottom 3 are any different from what it is now so Toronto will be at home and they will be playing London.
If on the other hand Salford defeat Leeds, then I can see Leeds handing the Canadian mancs and absolute ass whipping at Headingly the week before the MPG.......which as a London fan would be a massive + for us.......A strong referee is needed in the MPG game.

You not been following Leeds’ performances lately? More likely scrape over the line after being close for most of the game.

I agree, I having been saying about points difference being important for ages but tend to get shot down by mt fellow fans who wear the rose tinted glasses and see nothing but victory. Yesterday was a massive chance to put a big score on but we were shocking from around the 20th minute to the very end. Fax played well with some good attacking stuff while we defended like schoolboys.
I still think we have enough to win all remaining games, but London next week might be the one where we slip up if we do slip up.

You haven't been watching Salford much. Jackson Hastings pulls the strings. Robert Lui is one of the strings.
