Nothing good would come of playing a reserve team against a first team.
Australia A and New Zealand A would be ideal. Or the Maori or Aboriginals.

That's not a bad call. Maybe not the Australians teams, but a short tour down under were they have games against the city & county origin teams, along with the Maoris and Aboriginals.

Mason Caton Brown is better than Eden.

100% agree... Eden is a decent finisher as is every wing man in the top two tiers of RL now, its expected to have these acrobatic skills to be able to score a try in the corner. You only have to look at Denny Solomona the year before to see the reasoning behind Eden having the miraculous first successful stint of his career.

Probably difficult for you to grasp but players can improve / get better with coaching over time. Josh Griffin is a prime example. Absolutely turd a few years ago but actually resembles a rugby player now.
I'm not saying Eden should play for England but he's a far better player now then what he was prior to going to Oz.
MCB he's a good reserve player.

I think Mason Caton Brown is in a way similar to Eden in having the odd mistake in him, albeit a hell of a lot faster (Potentially the quickest in SL) and has the ability to break a tackle so not too sure why you find that comment funny - You would find a lot of fans on here that would take MCB over Eden any day of the week.
I cant think of many SL teams that Eden would get in (Sounds strange to say with him been SL top try scorer). Maybe Catalan or Hull KR?

He's only a reserve player as you call him because there are two exceptional wingers in front of him, for sure he'd be first choice if he played for Cas, you'd really have something to laugh about then

I wouldn't put MCB in ahead of either Gregory.
I appreciate he is behind 2 good wingers at Wakefield though and they are good.
Kevin Penny was fastest in SL at 1 stage, doesn't mean much.

| Last night another example of why Luke Thompson is in the wrong squad, how Chris Hill gets in the elite squad ahead of him I’ll never know.
