There's a big difference between trying to expand your market, and (presumably paying for) email marketing campaigns to people who you know arr followers of another club (because they told you they are). It's poor use of marketing Intel.

Leeds or Bradford putting billboards in Wakefield is very different - most of the people who see that billboard probably aren't currently RL customers. And there is, of course, nothing to stop Wakefield putting their own billboards up wherever they want.

There are more Rhino's fans in Wakey than Wakey fans - that also helps matters.

Agreed WC. One possible explanation is that areas like ours with WF postcodes are seen as outskirt areas of Leeds. As the city grows bigger and bigger every year we are seeing lots of people new to the area who become possible new supporters - we have just got to get to them first. New stadiums for both WTW and Cas Tigers would also be an added incentive.

Hull KR have gone past the 4500 sales mark. We sold 5200 ahead of the 2016 Super League campaign so may end up not far off that figure for our assault on the Championship.
