We can't go back to P+R if we start having feeder teams it just wouldn't work. Shame as I would love P+R to come back properly

Or they could just pay their staff what they can afford to pay like all well run businesses and all might be a bit better

strange one when you think years ago when we had A teams hull fc and hull kr tried to get their A teams in to the league so they would have played against the A teams as well as other teams how times have changed

And without the threat of relegation they can do just that.

Since why don't they. Even if there was p&r recruitment and coaching has to be right within the budget to stay up. Position should be earned on the field and within a solvent environment.

unfortunately those two things (staying up and being within budget) are often mutually exclusive. Position is earned on the field, thats why what the league points are for.

Anyway lets not turn this into another P+R debate, suffice to say i dont think we would be moving towards feeder clubs, which this seems to be, if those same feeder clubs were likely to become challengers to the parent clubs.

I'll just say one more thing to explain what i meant to avoid your "you are stupid statements". I meant your position throughout the leagues. Not just in a single league. The DR/Loan quota of 4 is fine as it is. If they can't afford the players let them go and sign them later.......for a fee.

If the league is still there they probably will. But this is unlikely as only 6 teams entered this year. I think a lot depends on whether the NCL allows dual registration of Championship players.

Feeder clubs. An offensive term for independent 100+ year old proud clubs. What the are we doing? Honestly? Have we no class any more?

WTF are you talking about. Although this is how you win or end discussions by trying to tie people in knots. Who is paying more i am referring to SL clubs affording them. What is wrong with the current system. Why change all the age groups, why strangle youth development. After all that was a criteria in licensing. Rules changed again, just like the administration rules were changed a few weeks before crusaders originally went into admin. Anyway in short i know what i mean and i know i along with many others are ready to walk away.
