I think the lowest scoring game I've ever been to was back in 1998/1999 which was Widnes 3-0 Sheffield.

Sure there was a Super League game a couple of years ago without tries, Salford 5 - 2 Harlequins I think. Can't think of a 0-0 off the top of my head.

Indeed, the early days of the Northern Union were dominated by low scoring games. In the first season of the NU in 1895-96 each team played 42 games, on average there was around 10 points a game. The top scorers were Manningham with 367, the lowest Rochdale with just 78 points in their 42 games. |
