not just a yes. but yes to Widnes, Saints, Leeds, Wigan, Hull etc etc etc etc. so its a big fat YES.

You never saw Kerry Gibson at Runcon Highfield? He was a class above anyone else at that level, in spite of only having one arm. Bit fond of an argument though.

Not sure about that as surely every players has been developed by their local amateur club at some point?

For what it's worth, both Higson and Meekin also played through our academy teams if memory serves me right. Quite hard to define 'developing' a player as the vast majority of the work will be done by the amateur clubs, though that's obviously changing now that there are matches between the pro clubs at scholarship level which wasn't the case until the past couple of years.

From a 26/27 man squad :

10/11 from Hull - Yeaman, Horne, Houghton, Radford, Washbrook, Lyne, Kent, Cunningham, Green and Nicklas, plus Burnett on loan at Quins.

Then another 3 from our academy - T. Briscoe, J. Briscoe and Crooks.

We can also count Thornley as hes from Wigan

Good stats but you also produced the Judas brothers. Andy Farrell, Jason Robinson and Chris Ashton who all turned to the dark side which undoes some of that good work.

It will be good if Logan Tomkins does make it into the team this season. That will be quite an achievement. Am I right in thinking there is a 4th Tomkins brother? Does he play?
