Seriously...if this was a brilliant idea it would not involve nicking the general concept from another social site.....and relying on a sport with about 90,000 fans who attend games every week during the season.

FFS.......if ESL can only manage to attract 90,000 fans a week...there's your audience. 90,000 members.........I can tell you now, that on-line campaigns in 2011 start at about 2,000,000 unique impressions, so nobody will buy advertising on your RLBOOK dream site.....so please,,,,,,, how will this free to all site pay for itself.....contrary to popular belief, the internet ain't fee...

I doubt it. The best thing that can happen to a social network is volume. Facebook killed Friends Reunited because more people its users knew were on it.

I don’t know how you can compare Friends Reunited with this. The two are totally different things.

First of all Facebook and Friends Reunited are pretty much the same concept – friends online.

You could talk about sport on both these social networks. But let’s look at this from another angle.

There’s a sports picture forum on 4chan. Why bother with RLFANS?
