If any charge is going to be levelled at Hardaker, it needs to be today.
Charges always made the day before Tuesday disciplinary.
There is no reson why any more time is needed to make a decision on whether or not to charge him.
The RFL has made a complete mess of this one.

Why is there no reason to prolong it further than today? You want Red Hall to come up with a half completed report on something as potenetially as serious as this..give me a break, that's an utterly ludicrous statement.
No, the RFl haven't made any mess, it's the Leeds club and their fans that have come out with stuff with no basis in facts. Stating X based on some random person saying Y.. chinese whispers and gossip.
That the Leeds club are stating it's a witch hunt is all the more ludicrous alongside posters stating that it is a trial by social media, again a huge dollop of crud talk which has upped the ante of the whole scenario.

The previous incident where Hardaker was caught on camera, which I think is an entirely reasonable one to use as a comparator, led to him being charged on the second Monday after his offence.

That is today in this instance. Given that it's a matter of simply looking at a piece of footage to determine what was said, I see no reason for any delay in excess of that in the previous instance.

There does not have to be a report prepared, and you'll excuse me if I don't believe potential name calling as is as serious as you seem to believe.

Hardaker has faced intense scrutiny and received a huge amount of coverage across all media formats, I'd be concerned for his state of mind being placed under such pressure without any justification whatsoever.

The Leeds club has a duty of care towards it's employee, which it has discharged. The RFL has a duty of care to players, which is has abjectly failed to discharge. Not forgetting the extremely suspicious process irregularities that have occurred.

Best get it out the way before Keighley drag their sorry ar5e5 through the courts. They're going to be busy! #fookingshambles

Nice try sonny, I think you need to be looking at those stating their case with no presentation of facts aside from what has being spoken about on here and amongst the terati.
So you tell me, what FACTS, real life ones have actually being stated officially by the RFL and/or the officals? Not ones that randomly pop up on social media or a poster saying she told me that he said that she said..and all of a sudden that is spouted as facts..

So is the RFL going to carry on trying until next Monday to find something to charge Hardaker with, or are they simply going to stay quiet & hope this just goes away?

The RFL are going to investigate him for inappropriate exposure against wigan after he revealed his chest to illustrate scratch marks. I know a few people on twitter found it offensive.
