Im asking if someone said 'black people will burn in hell' if thats racist? Not really a leap of the imagination is it considering the discrimination black people have faced throughout history. Personally im implying that homophobia is just as bad as racism, but then you knew that. |

Some of those individuals with a black skin pigmentation who are grime 'artists' use homophobe lyrics.
It seems individuals with a black skin pigmentation also have prejudices - not just people of white colour.
Not only is Jamaica homophobic,but it seems many African countries are,also

He took his former employer to court to challenge that, on the grounds that he had broken no laws and had met the terms of his contract.
His former employer chose to settle out of court, paying his legal costs, paying out his contract and giving him an undisclosed sum for damages.
In short, he was completely cleared of any wrongdoing and walked away with a wad of cash for his troubles. |

He wasn't cleared of any wrongdoing, he settled his case. He is as guilty of vile homophobia and questionable morals as the day is long.

He took legal action against the ARU, and they settled rather than lose in court.
Many people have said they should take legal action against him, but none have, because they don't have a case.
If you think you can make a case against him, go for it. He could probably find a use for your money when you have to settle. |

Just be offended, but be REALLY REALLY offended as this shows you to be a completely rounded lovely human being, much nicer than than the average person...or you could just live your life treating people as you'd like to be treated yourself. Despite modern hysteria most people still do this and Israel's crime is that his thinking is wildly out of date with the modern world...it really isnt something to ruin a man for and protesting hard about it doesnt make you a better person. It's gaysplaining as i think that kids would call it.

I wouldnt say im offended but fkin damn right people should speak out about c***s like him who make homophobia normalised. Im not trying to prove anything about myself i can be a real t wat, but not to the levels of being a racist, homophobe or something similar. Where would discrimination be if people hadnt done this throughout history, hes not just one person hes part of a wider problem with a lot of influence. But suddenly hes now a victim for spewing his bile on a public forum and expecting nobody to give him sh it for it, people are mixing freedom of speech with that other lesser know 'right to say whatever offensive crap you like and have nobody challenge you on it' (clue; the second one doesnt exist)

This kind of passive thinking has seen the rise of homophobic and racist abuse and sorry pal but, that isn't acceptable, EVER.
How can you say, live your life treating people as you'd like to be treated yourself and then turn a blind eye to those openly expressed views. Surely it's a 2 way street. Show respect to others and expect that respect to be reciprocated ??
Just for the record, using "gaysplaining" isn't helping is it ? even this term is designed to belittle anyone who dares to speak up in defence of gay people.
Maybe we should just allow people to hate and ridicule minority groups, after all they are only expressing their personal views  |
