Hull have their fair share of West Yorkshire juniors in their academy/scholarship set up and flash their cash around the juniors way outside of the Hull & District Leagues

No longer merged academies, both the Hull clubs run their own scholarship and academy now

Ryan Hampshire wasn't from Wigan when they nipped in and signed him from Normanton Knights on his 16th birthday, who held his registration while he was still on a 2 year scholarship at Hull.
