Exactly. I've travelled to Bournemouth and Gillingham on Tuesday nights with the Gillingham match being called off just as we came off the motorway. We went round the roundabout and got back on. 2 days holiday wasted.

If a good product is all it takes why bother marketing anything?



no one blamed premier sport for lack of viewers, he simply stated it has very few viewers.....and its hardly exposure when its an obscure channel that most people haven't heard of, you're hardly gonna grab the casual viewers. For the few hundred that's knocked off the gate of every TV game without recompense every club could go out and buy a digital camcorder and put the game on youtube. all this deal means is that the casual fan will sit in the pub and watch the game rather than go to the ground and put money into the clubs...i'm getting sick to death of this 'get what you're given and like it' mentality from certain SL fans

Exactly the point , once SKY decided it wasnt worth paying for , why are the Championships on live TV ?

Well the game actually kicked off 3 quarters of an hour late after floodlight failure.
There were 33 leythers there if this game was on Sunday we would have took another 300 fans at the least and Haven would have had another 300 on so ,
Haven have lost a lot of money and get nothing back in return, unlike super dooper league clubs who get paid hundreds of thousands of pounds to be on sky
