| In any other business Cummins would have been sacked years ago. An incompetent overseeing a failed system that actually gets worse every year. Pathetic.

| Saint's had two tries given that looked forward, the final one was clearly forward from the markings and there wasn't the excuse of momentum. Cats try where it was given forward wasn't forward, especially when compared to the Saint's efforts.
Sending off, never.
And the kick, try. It's ridiculous to thing that a player cannot challenge for the ball without "nudging" the opposition, all that the contact did was make the Saint's player reach less to his left and fail to gather the ball than would have happened.
Cats should have been awarded two tries which were not given and Saint's two less.

| A very poor game by the officials again !
That's 2 weeks on the trot that Thaler has officiated where bad decisions have cost the losers the match.

| Quote Saddened!="Saddened!"I don't see how you can complain about the video ref decision. This idea that it actually matters where the eyes are looking is another of Stevo's inventions like the momentum rule. Millard wasn't in a position to contest the kick, because Makinson put his body inbetween the ball and him, so he had to go through Makinson to get the ball. Had Millard caught it clean it would have been okay, but as it was all he did was shift Makinson out of the way.
Puletua's red was a tad silly as well. Poor technique by Henderson, if you run into a 20 stone Kiwi with your head down like that, it's not surprising you get hit in the head. Puletua just stands his ground, he doesn't attack the head and if Henderson aligns his body better he wouldn't have been in a position to be hit in the head.'"
Rubbish !
Puletua was still going up with the elbow after impact . If he had kept his elbow down, he would have been OK.

and lets not forget Robert hicks and his touchies gifting saints two tries and erasing one of our kicks a few weeks back. Against saints also, im not saying its a pro saints conspiracy, but...........if this was an episode of Scooby do...........

Yes maybe Henderson should of been sent off for leading with the head

| I've always said I would love to have Stuart Cummings as my boss. You could f*** up day in, day out and he would still say you were doing a stand up job, and probably even get a promotion or two out of it.
Isn't Ian Smith supposed to have quit refereeing so that he can be a trainer and mentor to the lower league referee's? Jeez, I feel sorry for the likes of Matt Thomason, Jamie Leahy, Gareth Hewer and others having that clown as their mentor, well, obviously when he's got a wee bit of spare time from sitting in a van on each televised match pressing buttons and royally f****** up.

Whoah, let's not get out of hand here. Thaler might have had a poor few games, but he is not THAT s***.

| With refs decisions I look it at as what would I do if it was my team recieving them or denied them. The challenge in the air although harsh if the Cats player had done it to my team I would have screamed blue murder if an opposition done that if someone touched a Wigan player in the air like that. 50/50 call.
For the knock on on the half way line which led to a disallowed try. If the VR cant rule on forward passes he could n't rule on that. It didn't cross a line, Pryce had to run from way behind to get to it, it didn't hit the ground. IMO it went straight up and came down. It should have been benefit of doubt.
The red card should have been a penalty, contact with the head. Harsh, but consistancy with Moa. If they were sending offs then also PErry should have gone for a head shot as well (one off the top of my head from last nights match and probably another 10 tackles similar) as with every body else who does a head high tackle. Also that woould have been a penalty in the NRL as well.
Not to mention the forward passes he missed and gave incorrectly for. A fortnight ago Thaler has been the best ref this season, with only Bentham running him close before he broke his leg. Now he has probably missed out on the Challenge cup final and GF, but who has been the best ref this year?

| Some baffling decisions in the first half but second half (from memory) he was ok. Sending off - correct decision. No real malice in it but these shoulder charges need sorting out. Not the same type of high shot as Perry who really does have an issue with technique and clearly doesn't like it when he gets one back.
