Not sure how you can be so certain that we WILL finish bottom, as Crusaders will have to win 2 of their remaining 5 games (despite only winning 4 of the previous 22), but even if that were to happen, we have also finished 5th within the current franchise period. The fact is we offer more than Crusaders, Quins and Halifax, and are are at least level with Castleford and possibly Salford.

I don't recall Catalan winning a Grand Final or the Northern Rail Cup either. I don't think you can compare applications until we know what the criteria is, and with the RFL I don't think we will ever know the exact criteria. The rules change to suit them. It's not a sport anymore.

The criteria outlined in 2008 were for 2012 werent they? plus after the decisions they publish statements explaining their verdicts and what they will require for next time
