Just spoke to the ticket line. only tickets left are 150 in the Red cafe Hospitality at about £70 each. they close at 5pm tonight and any left will not go on general sale, due tothe logistics of ordering food, getting the Hospitality tickets to customers etc.
I think that this is fantastic news that we can sell out a NZ V Aus match. The RL organisers, the RL public and the players have done a remarkable job with this WC. Hats off to everyone and i for 1 am really excited about Saturday.

Excellent.And 70k plus of those were sold without the finalists being known.If England could have hung on for 20 more seconds and made it, i would wager we could have gone over the 100k attendance mark had the ground have taken that many people such would be the demand and hype this week.Your ticket, should you have had one, would have fetched a few quid too were you willing to sell it on the black market thats for sure!

I rang up around 2 hours ago and was told no where in the ground had 2 tickets available.

Could just about scramble 2 tickets in the same block. They were priced at £40.

I know I should be glad that it's "officially sold out" and there arent any pairs of tickets left, but why do I feel that they'll still be empty rows/blocks when you watch it back on the TV ?

Probably more likely at this game than the others as I can see a fair few English fans giving it a miss after the disappointment of last week.

Probably spent 30 seconds reading the RFL press release and therefore got it wrong. I txted them a correction at 3pm but I don't imagine they paid any attention.

Only an RL fan would post this! Shows why we will never grow our fan base. Pathetic. I doubt our other code cousins would say the same and pass up their WC FINAL.

We don't deserve recognition and sponsors if this is our fans attitude.
