| Thats a long way of stating you having no evidence whatsoever to back up the move has stopped, Danny Ward was let go for non performance reason and the SL application was ignored.
Thank you.

1. I'm just an observer of a sad situation, I've followed London's journey since they were the main story on BBC news back in 1980 when they were Fulham. First game was a 9552 crowd against Wigan. Their hoisting to Superleague saw this crowd beaten when 9846 turned up for the visit of Brisbane Broncos. The club were on a high and fantastic to see. So was Branson leading the team out at Wembley in 1999.
It was David Lawrenson who wrote how Mr. Hughes and Tony Rea discussed the future of the club after Branson's pull out in a discussion that ended with an agreement that there was no point Mr. Hughes "Throwing good money after bad". The record is Mr. Hughes has thrown an enormous sum at London and we all may thank him for doing that. We all knew things were likely to come to an end and the 2014 1,000 crowd against Catalans in a season London could only beat a Leeds reserve team looked like the last. However time and again Hughes ponders his situation and time and again he comes back.
You have no "evidence" at all that London will go on forever, and no "evidence" that the move to Wimbledon will happen but if you follow the fans comments across the social media their feeling is that this is finally the end. It's a discussion point like it or not, and this is a discussion site like it or not........
2. Well what "evidence" do you have Ward was sacked for [i"Performance reasons"?[/i If you look at Mr. Ward's performance since he took over the coaching reigns it actually is very good indeed. He did a fantastic job with the youngsters and got the club promotion to Superleagye from a very competitive Championship, and he knocked over Toronto in their own back yard. London may have been relegated 2019 but they played their socks of and there was nothing between the bottom four clubs.
Ward is a great bloke and an excellent coach who has done a great job and London are fifth in the table. [i"performance reasons"[/i? Show me some real evidence ![Wink icon_wink.gif](images/smilies//icon_wink.gif)

1. 250/300
1a. David Hughes ability to hire idiots combined with his amateur belief that people should be grateful that he pays for a team to play in their borough and should be lining up to attend games.
2. Depend on the finance behind any such entity as it would need Hughes Mark II But one with a concept of attracting fans = ticket revenue and also sponsors.
2b. Not a chance....the average age of our fanbase is 50+. Skolars will survive longer once London vanish

| I remember Plough Lane as a bit of a dump in the ‘80s - still far better than Milton Keynes, mind.

Have you even read it?
"[iThe Broncos will bring the same injection of people into the town when they are playing – but they will also offer a very different sporting event to anything ever experienced before in Wimbledon. They[/i (London Broncos)[iwill generate interest and then excitement and that will also lead to commercial investment. This partnership really is a win-win for everyone and the start of a new era for sport in the borough.”[/i
I've no "battleship" here at all, it's the Broncos fans who are dismissive of yet another move and they feel yet another layer of support will be lost to the club.....and that is a million miles off this press release........
It's fair enough on any sporting discussion site to discuss the up's and down's of the game..... Wimbledon claim the move is a massive "up", and Broncos fans claimed it as a "down" and only time will actually tell, shouting "troll" instead of discussing the situation sinks nothing.

You seem to have a battleship of your own here?
1. Where does 250/300 come from when Broncos last average championship attendance was 890??
2. Your idea Hughes paying to play at Wimbledon is because he believes people will line up to attend games is the same cynicism that puts you in line with all the London fans who equally don't see this move as a "winner"?
3. And finally "London vanish"??
Not trolling are you ![Wink icon_wink.gif](images/smilies//icon_wink.gif) or have you fallen out with Mr. Hughes perchance?

If trying to get some threads and conversations going is "Trolling" then fair enough. No I aren't a Doncaster supporter but I don't use a club name to avoid sounding bias towards any particular club, and I wasn't here "years ago", and if I ever overstepped the rules which I did..... I apologised to the Mods........
London's move is one that can take the club two ways, and many fans - well most I read - think it's the end, others take the view it's just the beginning of a return to Superleague - maybe the thread titled could be superleague or bust?
Beyond London's SL ambitions is the ambitions of Toulouse who many believe have promotion in the bag, but don't apparently underpin a TV deal in France, then Featherstone winners yesterday may feel a place in SL should be theirs if not Toulouse? Then can Salford hang on in Superleague given the ground situation - is raising that reality suddenly making me a target of erm....Salford fans??
