Bowen only ever seemed to have a good game against us(Leeds) he was great in his last game in the GF but on the whole, i thought he was pretty up and down for the 2 years he spent here |

It was an example of Aussie deadwood whom are classed as retired back home and yet are considered good enough for our elite clubs, a bit like last season with the talk of cuthbertson wearing an England jersey.
As for genuine class you had to go back to 2005 when Saints had Jamie Lyon, now he was man of steel. |

Barrett was class also and should've been man of steel one year. He went back to Oz and played another 2 years for Cronulla plus Origin appearances. |

He was great.He carried Catalans to the play off semi in 2009 and he almost single handedly got them to OT with a fine performance against us at Headingley.Im sure Cats were winning at HT too gave us a big scare and we had a top side then too.Shows what a true class act can bring to a club |

Barrett was quality but he was at the end of his career whereas Lyon has had a ten year NRL and rep career after he moved back to Manly.

I think that Richard Myler has been OK, not bad, good field kicking and support play, but just not as penetrating with line breaks the way Scott Dureau was in his best years. Scott Dureau at his best helped make Catalans an exciting attacking team. Now it is Todd Carney, when he is on his game, who is the main line breaker in attack, of the halves.
I just think that Benji Marshall in partnership with Todd Carney would have a field day.
But on the other hand, it would be a legal-financial morass to try to release Myler, so probably better to focus on getting Willie Mason fit and performing to his ability. |

Benji Marshall would be a great signing for any team and would instantly make them title challengers. Just like Sandow has done with an average squad at Warrington

Benji is Mr Marshall's full first name. It is not an abbreviation of Benjamin. Ben is!
