BTW, the Cook Islands are a country in their own right. The islands are self-governing in "free association" with New Zealand. If true, mainly paying for flights from Australia. It's created a big stink on this side of the pond. Most of the US based players who won the Colonial Cup series against Canada didn't get a look in for the WC.
