Hats off to the Kangaroos, they are awesome.

We have to look at the positives, we have done better than last year, we beat an unbelievable NZ team and we played great for 60 mins of this match and 40 of the match at Wigan, the improvement on last year is huge really. We actually now have a chance with so many young players to actually build for future years, many players in the team at least 7-8 of them have yet to reach their peak.

At least when they battered us at Elland Road last time in the final it was a masterclass from a superb team, tonight's Australian performance, and this Aussie team, are not at the same standard as that night - which should serve as a reality check as to where we currently stand.
